Individual

$30 on or before October 15, 2018; $35 thereafter

Table Sponsorship

$600 for a seating up to six persons with other entitlements

Co-Sponsorship

$1,500-$3,500 with up to eight seats with specific marketing entitlements. Most of these funds are designated for IPA scholarships.
